Information provided to Inspire designs will be kept confidential and will never be released to any outside source. All orders are placed through a secure server to protect your private information. Our website uses Secure Sockets Layering (SSL) to encrypt your personal credit information, including your credit card number, before it travels over the Internet. SSL technology is the industry standard for secure online transactions. Because we use SSL, placing an order online at our website is just as safe as giving your credit card number over the phone. Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4 days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify us at .
All orders are shipped USPS Priority. Rates are calculated through the USPS calculator. International orders are shipped USPS Global Express. Inspire designs will not be held liable for any customs charges, duties or taxes associated with international shipments. These fees are collected by the receiving country’s customs agencies and are out of the control of Inspire designs. It is our policy that no refunds will be given for deliveries refused for any reason. Inspire designs is required by law to collect sales tax (7.95%) on orders shipped to Arizona.
All items shown on the website are currently available. If a size is out of stock, you will not be able to select the sizes that are unavailable.
At times, we may generate a back order from clothing selling very quickly. If this happens, you will be notified via email and you will have several options to move forward with. You will be given the date the item will be available, and you will be asked if you want to wait for the item. We can ship what is available and wait for the back ordered item or we can issue back a credit to your credit card and close the back order. We will notify you within 48 hours of creating a back ordered item.
Exchanges and returns must be made within 2 weeks of the customer’s receipt of an item. Notification of an impending return must be made by email, within 3 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Customer pays for the return shipping. If it is our mistake, shipping is on us! The clothes must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags attached. The credit card that was originally charged will be refunded.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
